Shipping charges are based on the number of items purchased and are outlined below. The shipping charges listed include delivery within 3-4 working days to addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are available for an additional charge. Contact your Customer Service Representative for details. We cannot ship to other foreign, P.O. Box, APO, FPO or Puerto Rico address. For exact day delivery, or delivery in less than 3-4 working days, additional expedited delivery charges will apply. Please call 1-800-621-3687 for details.

For help with your specific order, please call us at 1-877-785-9273 during our regular business hours. *NOTE: While we guarantee deliveries within 5-6 working days, due to high holiday shipper volumes, we cannot guarantee exact day deliveries in November or December. **OVERNIGHT DELIVERY charges will apply. We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. *** For these Holidays, overnight delivery schedules and rates will apply. Whether ordering for yourself or gifts for others, we strongly recommend that you place your order so that they will arrive before the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's to ensure arrival in time for the Holidays. Inclement weather, unusually high holiday shipper volumes and other circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected. Please double-check all addresses, plan ahead and order early to ensure timely arrival.

REGARDING YOUR DELIVERY: Your perishable package will be delivered and released by a delivery driver. Upon arrival, keep product refrigerated or frozen. Please make arrangements for the receipt of the package.

ATTENTION GIFT GIVERS: Please double-check your recipients' addresses. At your request, we will notify your gift recipient(s) via postcard as to when they can expect their gifts to arrive. Please allow approximately two weeks prior to delivery for notification to your gift recipient(s).

IMPORTANT: If your package is scheduled to arrive sooner than two weeks, please note: a notification cannot be sent. Damage or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will void� our guarantee. In addition, we cannot guarantee shipments if the gift recipient is not present to receive the package.

STANDARD SHIPPING: The standard shipping charge is $18.95. Additional charges are based on the number of additional items purchased and are outlined below. The shipping charges listed include delivery within 2-3 working days to addresses within the continental 48 states and can be calculated as follows:

• Orders received by 11 am CST Monday thru Wednesday-will ship on the day received.
• Orders received after 11 am CST Monday or Tuesday-will ship on the next business day.
• Orders received after 11 am CST Wednesday-will ship on the following Monday.

Our normal shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will be happy to help with your special requests. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 1-877-785-9273.

The shipping charges above are for each recipient address within the continental U.S. For each additional item, add $5 each up to 10 items - $63.95 U.S/$82.00 Alaska/$97.00 Hawaii.

OVERNIGHT, EXPEDITED AND SATURDAY DELIVERY: Should you request, we will gladly expedite any of your shipments for you. Additional charges for these delivery options may be calculated as follows:

OVERNIGHT ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 11 AM: Add $15 plus standard delivery change ($18.95 + $15.00 = $33.95 per single item shipped).

MAILING LIST: Occasionally, we make our mailing list available to carefully screened organizations whose products may interest you. If you prefer not to receive these mailings, simply send an e-mail with your customer number to customerservice@stockyards.com or send a copy of your mailing label to: Stock Yards, 340 N.
